How We Got Here
Since the opening opening of my own beauty salon in 2005, I have become a master of my craft. My lash passion started over 2 years ago starting with the 1:1 classic method and have worked hard to master the techniques required in order to deliver beautiful lashes for her clients. I have attended many courses from lash masters in order to build my knowledge of the lash industry. I became a Master lash Technician upon completing my Masters course at the UK Lash Institute.
I will never stop improving myself, and will continue to attend further trainings in order that i can pass new found knowledge onto my students.

How it works
On The Lash training courses are delivered by myself Jo Cooke within my own Hair and Beauty salon Tan & Tonic. On The Lash training courses are in depth and students leave the courses confident and competent with a new found wealth of knowledge. I like my courses to be personal, relaxed, filled with fun and adapt my my teaching style to the needs of the student. I offer all my students continued aftercare support for as long as it is needed.

Lash Inc Accredited Training
Classic Individual Eyelash Extension Course £299.00 incl Kit (max 4 per class)
One to One Private Classic course £429.00 incl Kit
This course is suitable for a complete beginner in the lash industry. Our training courses teaches you everything you need to know to start your lash business.
The course covers:
Anatomy and Physiology
Consulation and client care
Kit contents
Hygiene
Treatment Procedure
Client Eye styling
Aftercare
Problem solving
Legal requirements
A kit and training manual is provided within the course fee.
The course will run over 2 days:
Day 1
09.30 - 12.30 Theory
12.30 - 13:00 Lunch (provided by the training academy)
13:00 - 16:00 Practice
Day 2
09:30 - 12:30 Practice and answering any questions.
A certificate is issued upon completion of 4 successful case studies.
After completion of the day you will be added to a secret VIP Facebook Group for on-going advise and networking.
Russian Volume Course 2D to 8D £299.00 incl Kit (max 4 per class)
One to One private Russian Volume course £429.00
Suitable for anyone already qualified in Individual eyelash extensions who is looking to progress further in the eyelash industry.
The course covers:
Complete basic & advance theory.
Full application techniques.
Case studies will be submitted in order to successfully complete the training.
Certificate of achievement issued on successful completion of all case studies.
A full kit & training manual is included in the course fee.
The course will run over 1 day:
09.30 - 12.30 Theory
13:00 - 14:00 Practice
14:00 - 17:30 Model practice
After completion of the day you will be added to a secret VIP Facebook group for on-going advice and networking.
Mega Volume Course 8D - 16D £329.00
One to One private Mega Volume training £449.00
The course fee does include all equipment required on the day, however please bring your volume tweezers.
This training will teach you so much more than Mega Volume, having trained myself with the creators of Mega Volume I will teach you how to place ultra fine lashes for the ultimate in volume lashing.
This is a 1 day intensive course for those already confident in volume lashing.

12.30 - 13.00 Lunch (lunch is provided)
13.30 - 17.00 Model practice
After completion of the course and submission of case studies a certificate of achievement will be issued.
After completion of the day you will be added to a secret VIP Facebook group for on-going advice and networking.
£100.00 non refundable booking fee is required upon booking a course with the outstanding balance being payable 2 weeks prior to the course taking place.
Non Accredited Mentoring sessions £40.00 per hour (min 2hours) 50% non refundable booking fee applies.
Mentoring: available for those students already qualified who are looking to learn more advanced techniques, or struugling with certain areas after qualifying. You choose the course topic, things that can be worked on:
